RETURN POLICY

 

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

 

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

​

You have a max of 14 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 14 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 14 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

 

After you have already returned items from an order but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 14 days of the purchase date.

​

You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.

 

What Isn't Eligible For Return?

 

Product must be in its original package.

​

All clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

​

Any items returned that fall outside of our policy will be discarded and the refund amount adjusted accordingly. If your account is flagged for returns policy violations, we will no longer be able to accept your returns.

 

How do I make a return?

​

Contact us via E-mail.

​

Find the order code in My Orders.

​

Give us your order code(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.

​

Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.

​

Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

​

NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 14 days from the purchase date.

​

*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed ?

 

You can only return items that are undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached intact.

 

If returned products are sent with missing parts, a 29% fee is charged.

 

Important Notice:

​

Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.

​

Please make sure you don't include non-MegaStock Store items by accident in your return package.

 

We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

​

How Long Will It Take To Process My Return ?

 

Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process.

 

We’ll email you notifying you that your return has been processed.

​

I Got My Order And Something's Wrong, What Do I Do ?

 

Please contact us via our e-mail within 5 days of receiving your order.

​

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, make sure to include photos with your order number when contacting us.
